1. Overview

CreatiVista Art Studio is an independent art studio offering small-group and individual visual arts classes and workshops.

CreatiVista Art Studio is operated as a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom.

By booking a class, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Service

CreatiVista Art Studio provides visual arts education, including drawing and painting classes and workshops using materials such as acrylics, watercolours, mixed media, and dry media.

Classes are designed for creative development and learning. Materials are provided unless otherwise stated. Participants are responsible for wearing suitable clothing for art activities.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book a class, or be a parent or guardian booking on behalf of a child.

4. Booking & Payment

Booking requests are subject to availability. We will confirm your place via your chosen contact method. Payment is processed securely via Stripe where applicable. A secure Stripe link will be included with your confirmation when prepayment is required.

A booking is confirmed only after payment is received where prepayment applies, or after mutual agreement where payment follows the class.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 24 hours before the class: full reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours notice: non-refundable.
• No-shows: non-refundable.

Classes begin at the agreed time. Please arrive a few minutes early.

6. Confidentiality

All booking information is treated as confidential.

Information will not be shared unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

CreatiVista Art Studio is not liable for:

• Decisions made by clients
• Indirect or consequential loss
• Emotional or financial outcomes

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
